AERIAL HAMMOCK

Aerial Hammock is a workout where we combine elements of yoga, stretching, and acrobatics into one session.
The aerial hammock is not just a piece of exercise equipment, but a unique, dynamic tool that allows you to learn how to balance on an unstable surface, developing coordination, confidence in your movements, flexibility, and strength.


Aerial hammock workouts are suitable for all fitness levels—both beginners and more experienced participants.
