Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product, Service, and Price Information
These Terms of Sale apply to the rights and obligations arising between customers (hereinafter the Client) and Rekap Woman Space OÜ when ordering goods and services.
In addition to these Terms of Sale, the relationship between the Client and Rekap Woman Space OÜ is governed by the Price List and Studio Rules.
Rekap Woman Space OÜ reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms of Sale, the Price List, and the Rules in order to ensure efficiency and competitiveness of its operations.
The prices of the products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to each product or service. In some cases, a delivery fee may be added to the price. All prices are in euros.
The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the chosen delivery method and is displayed to the buyer during checkout.
Information about each product is provided directly next to the item in the Online Store.
Placing an Order
To order a product or service, add the desired items to the shopping cart. To complete the order, fill in the required data fields and select the preferred delivery method. The total amount to be paid will then be displayed on the screen and can be paid securely using the following payment methods:

NB! When paying via bank link, be sure to click the “Return to merchant” button after completing the payment.
Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. Payment is made securely outside the Online Store environment – via the respective bank’s secure payment system when using a bank link, and via Maksekeskus AS’s secure environment when using a credit card. The seller does not have access to the buyer’s banking or credit card details.
The agreement enters into force once the payment amount has been received in the Online Store’s account.
The owner of the Online Store is the controller of personal data and forwards the necessary personal data to Maksekeskus AS for payment processing.
If the ordered product cannot be delivered due to stock depletion, course/class cancellation, or any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible, and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but no later than 14 days from the notification date.
Delivery

Most products sold in the Online Store are services, which are usually fulfilled electronically, without physical delivery. Physical items (gift cards, merchandise, etc.) are shipped within Estonia only.

The buyer bears the cost of delivery, which is displayed next to the delivery method.

Domestic (Estonian) deliveries usually reach the buyer’s designated location within 3–7 business days from the conclusion of the sales contract. Deliveries outside Estonia are made only by prior special agreement.

In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days.
Right of Withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the online purchase contract within 14 days, provided that the product/service has not been used.

Studio monthly cards are personal and cannot be transferred to another person.

A monthly card is valid for 30 days from the date of the first training.

Monthly cards or courses cannot be extended or refunded.

Fees for missed classes due to reasons not dependent on the studio are non-refundable.

A class may be cancelled via the client’s personal account at least 4 hours before the start time. Otherwise, the class is considered attended.

All studio monthly cards are universal – a single card/plan can be used for various types of training. Purchased cards or courses are non-refundable.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the product must not have been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning, as allowed in a physical store or studio.

If the product has been used beyond this, or shows signs of wear or use, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly.

To return a product or withdraw from a service, the buyer must submit a free-form withdrawal notice and send it by email to info@polespace.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the product or paying for the service.

The buyer bears the cost of returning the product, unless the return is due to the product not matching the order (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

The buyer must return the product within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal notice or provide proof that the product has been handed over to a carrier during this period.

Upon receiving the returned item, the Online Store will refund the buyer immediately, but no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal notice, all payments received under the contract.

The Online Store may withhold the refund until the product has been received back or proof of return has been provided, whichever occurs first.

If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method that differs from the Online Store’s standard, cheapest delivery option, the Online Store is not obliged to refund the excess cost.

The Online Store has the right to cancel the sales transaction and demand the return of goods if the price of the goods in the Online Store was incorrectly indicated as significantly lower than the market value.
Right to Submit a Complaint

The Online Store is responsible for any non-conformity or defect of goods sold to the buyer that existed at the time of transfer and that appears within two years of delivery. Within the first six months, such a defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery. It is the Online Store’s obligation to rebut this presumption.

The buyer must notify the Online Store of a defect within two months of discovering it by emailing info@polespace.ee or calling +372 555 88 001.

The Online Store is not responsible for defects that occur after the product/service has been delivered to the buyer.

If a product purchased from the Online Store has defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the store will repair or replace the defective item. If repair or replacement is not possible, the Online Store will refund all fees related to the sales agreement.

The Online Store will respond to consumer complaints in writing or in a format that allows written reproduction within 14 days.
Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data

The Online Store uses the personal data entered by the buyer solely for processing the order and delivering the goods. The Online Store transmits personal data to the logistics service provider only to the extent necessary for delivery.

The Online Store sends newsletters and special offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has expressly consented by entering their email on the website and requesting to receive direct marketing messages.

The buyer can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by notifying the Online Store via email or by following the unsubscribe instructions in the marketing email.
Dispute Resolution

If the buyer has any complaints regarding the Online Store, they should contact us at info@polespace.ee or by phone at +372 555 88 001.

If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute through mutual agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. Information about the procedure and the application form can be found here. The Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from contracts concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. Review of complaints is free of charge for the buyer.
