Closed groups are led by Yekaterina Rekap - founder of Rekap Woman Space, professional coach, and practicing psychologist with over 13 years of experience. Yekaterina combines dance, bodywork, and psychology, helping women reconnect with their bodies, inner strength, and feminine freedom through movement. ★ Each course includes a series of progressive classes focused on creating a complete dance and mastering your chosen style - from pole dance and pole exotic to stretching and sensual strip choreography. ★ The choreography and music remain the same throughout the course, allowing you to dive deeper into your body, rhythm, and emotional expression. ★ Additional body awareness and freedom practices help release tension, open your sensuality, and build confidence. ★ Small women-only groups (up to 6 participants) ensure personal attention and a trusting, safe atmosphere. ★ Each group has a private Telegram chat for communication, questions, and inspiration. ★ After each class, participants receive a detailed video breakdown to practice at home. ★ The course concludes with a photo and video session, allowing you to capture beautiful memories and see your transformation in body and confidence.
