Yekaterina Rekap

Trainer and psychologist combining dance and inner freedom

Yekaterina’s path began in a small studio with old poles.
At 27, as a mother of two with no athletic background, she came to pole dance to regain confidence, feel her body and rediscover liveliness and freedom.

Over time, through consistent practice of pole dance and acrobatics, she explored the capabilities of body and mind, developed her own teaching methods, led classes for adults and children, and organized dance events.

Eventually, she founded Rekap Woman Space, which grew into one of the largest pole dance studios in the Baltics.

With growth came understanding - true depth and inspiration come not from the number of events or trainers, but from individual attention to each woman and her inner world.

Philosophy and Approach

Yekaterina combines two paths - dance and psychology. Dance restores freedom and vitality to the body. Psychology helps to integrate this freedom into daily life.

During training, she focuses not only on technique but also on how a woman moves - whether she listens to her body, breathes freely, lets go or resists.

Movement becomes a way to connect with oneself, releasing inner blocks and revealing strength.

The crown symbolizes maturity - not decoration, but awareness of one’s worth.
Yekaterina’s mission is to guide women on this path through dance, mindful practices, and dialogue.
