Stretching (Venitus) – This lesson is an important aspect of physical activity that helps improve flexibility, mobility, and overall fitness. These exercises can benefit people of any fitness level, from beginners to professional athletes.

Regular stretching practice not only helps achieve impressive results, such as splits and other flexible positions, but also promotes the health of the entire musculoskeletal system.

 

It’s important to remember that stretching is not just about achieving "extreme" flexibility. It plays a key role in maintaining a healthy back by improving posture, reducing muscle tension, and minimizing the risk of injury. Additionally, stretching helps activate core muscles, which strengthens the support system for the spine.
