Level: Beginners
Level "Beginners" is an introductory level for those who are just starting to get acquainted with Pole Fitness training or who have had a long break. It is important to remember that progress can be individual. Although the average time required to move to the next level (Intermediate) is about a year, your trainer may assess your progress and change the level sooner or later.
Level: Intermediate
The "Intermediate" level is the next level after the beginner level. It is recommended to have about a year of experience in the beginner group to move to this group. This level focuses on developing the technique for performing more complex tricks and elements, as well as increasing strength, flexibility and endurance. Unlike the beginner level, where the focus is on basic movements and mastering simple poses, the "Intermediate" level involves more intense exercises with increased load.
Level: All Levels
The level “All levels” is an opportunity for people with different levels of preparation to practice together. One of the main advantages of such a format is the opportunity to observe the achievements of other participants, especially those who have been practicing for a long time. This not only inspires, but also serves as a strong motivation.
But an athlete with a stronger preparation can get acquainted with the base and strengthen himself in complex combinations. The coach knows that the lesson program is mixed, and each participant is given a task according to their strength and desires.
