CHAIR DANCE

Chair Dance is a feminine and graceful dance style that allows you to explore the boundaries of your body and immerse yourself in a world of sensuality, using a simple chair as the main prop.

 

This dance style is suitable for both beginners and experienced dancers looking to broaden their horizons. Chair Dance enhances rhythm, coordination, and helps to express sensuality.

 

During the training, we wear specialized shoes with high heels and platforms. These shoes allow for performing many elements, visually elongate the legs, help to effectively engage the leg and core muscles, and also provide protection during jumps.

For your first classes, you can dance in socks or rent a pair of shoes at the studio.
