Milena's private course is a unique opportunity to delve deeper into dance, work on technique and reveal your sensuality in a cozy atmosphere of support. 👠 The course is taught by Milena, an experienced trainer and dancer with over 20 years of experience in choreography. Having started her journey with pop dancing, she has come a long way in pole dance and exotic dance, participated in competitions and theatrical productions. Today, Milena not only teaches beginners, but also prepares students for competitions. 💫 What awaits you? 🔸 8 classes once a week, during which we will create a complete, well-thought-out dance. 🔸 Fixed choreography and music that remain unchanged throughout the course. 🔸 Additional liberation techniques that help to master the space and get rid of stiffness. 🔸 Small groups – 7 places on Pole Exotic (each with their own pole), which allows us to pay attention to each student. 🔸 Closed chat for communication, questions and inspiration. 🔸 Permanent group composition, creating a comfortable atmosphere for immersion in dance. 🔸Video and photos. In the last lesson, we will immerse ourselves in the atmosphere of photo and video shooting. Professional lighting and Milena's experience will help to preserve vivid memories of our meetings. The closed format of the course gives the opportunity not only to learn the movements, but to feel them, express yourself through dance and open up on a completely new level.
