✨ Inner Flow workshop: working with inner states and the body with Yekaterina Rekap 📅 January 23 🕖 19:00–21:00 | All levels welcome The beginning of the year is often seen as a sprint. But in reality, it is a point of support - the place from which you continue to live, choose, and move forward. This workshop is a space for gentle yet deep tuning: to yourself, to your body, to your self-worth and life direction. I will guide you not only as a choreography teacher, but also as a specialist working with inner states. Program includes: • body warm-up to reconnect with yourself • individual work with metaphorical cards — about your life, goals, and self-value at the beginning of the year • gentle dialogue and guiding questions to help you see where you are going and from what inner state • expressive pole exotic choreography as a practice of experiencing and grounding these states 📍 Location: Rekap Woman Space, Paavli 4 📅 Date: 23.01, Friday ⏰ Time: 19:00-21:00 👠 Dresscode: soft, calm, “grounding” shades. ✨Level: All levels 🎟 Only 6 spots available 💰 Price: - Early Bird till 20.01 - 30€ - Regular price - 35€ Payment in advance by bank transfer or in cash at the studio before the workshop starts.
