New Vibes Dance is a space where you can allow yourself to be authentic -gentle, vulnerable, feminine. There are no expectations here, only the body, the movement, and trust in yourself. 🌶 The program includes: - gentle body warm-up to release what’s unnecessary and tune into your sensations - flowing pole exotic choreography suitable for all levels - photos and videos to capture your state and see yourself differently - a short conversation about how dance becomes the language of femininity 📍 Location: Paavli 4 🕖 Time: 20:00-22:00 👠 Dress code: Let your clothing be light and comfortable, allowing your body to move freely and connect with the pole. Exposed skin on arms, legs, and torso helps you merge with the movement. Soft, calm colors will enhance the atmosphere of the class. Minimal accessories and everything is ready for the dance.
