During this time, we will create a complete dance choreography. ★ If you miss a session, it can be replaced with another day within the same month of the course (subject to availability). ★ The choreography and music remain the same throughout the entire course. ★ Additional techniques help release shyness, develop body awareness, and enhance sensuality and femininity. ★ Small groups: only 6 participants in Pole Exotic (each with their own pole). This allows us to provide individual attention and support, creating a unique experience for every woman. ★ Each group has a private Telegram support chat where you can share impressions, inspiration, and ask questions. ★ A video after each session — Jekaterina slowly and in detail demonstrates the learned part of the choreography so you can confidently practice at home. ★ Photo and video shoot: during the final session, we immerse ourselves in a photo and video atmosphere.
